It was a pleasure right from the moment when I came for a consultation, tasted your lovely samples and discussed what I wanted. You listened so carefully and you gave great advice about the things I did not feel certain about. I left feeling confident that you would make a cake that would not only look great, but taste great too. That was exactly what you did. I was really overwhelmed when I saw the cake for the first time... and even more delighted when I saw it at the reception surrounded by all the other decorations. It fitted perfectly. The lemon sponge and the fruit cake were a great success with my guests. I'm now enjoying the last few pieces myself and dreamng about the next opportunity I might find to order another of your cakes."

As I'm sure you might expect the cake went down an absolute storm, thanks so much for a beautiful design (and taste!).
As ever a shame to cut it up but it all disappeared. We kept the Kitty mermaid on one side for our daughter, she still has it and loved the cake (see attached) so the bar is set high for next year!
